The OAKFLAME Story
OAKFLAME was built by Abel Moyotl — a working chef, traveler, Scotch whisky student, and builder of ideas.
Before Batch 001, there were years in kitchens, long services, hot pans, open fire, late nights, and food that had to work under pressure. Abel’s cooking has been shaped by professional kitchens, travel across five countries, and a trip to Scotland to graduate from the Edinburgh Whisky Academy.
That world changed the way OAKFLAME thinks about flavor.
